An adventurous travel starts here

The Senja Region is all about small. local villages and communities, spread over Norway`s second largest island, Senja and the smaller island of Dyrøy. Your travel will take you through beautiful and stunning landscapes, regardless of it is a farmers inland district or the seaside fishermen villages. The small town of Finnsnes is easy to travel to with passenger ferry or Hurtigruten / Havila Coastal Voyages and also Brøstadbotn has good communications with the passenger ferry. Both Finnsnes and Brøstadbotn are close to Bardufoss Airport.

Regardless of your mode of transport and where you are travelling from, it’s easy to travel to the Senja region. Mind distances are long in Senja and Dyrøy, so the best way might be to travel by car. You can also check out if your accommodation offers pick up service.

Are you up for a real summer adventure, cycling or hiking is also an option. Several of our suppliers rent out bicycles.

Plan your travel as part of your journey here!
